Our Case Managers assist Berkeley Residents with severe physical disabilities to find and maintain quality in-home care attendants, build skills as an employer of personal care attendants, and rely on Easy Does It emergency services as little as possible by referring you to quality private pay personal care attendants.

Help Finding Attendants

We'll help you write, place, and manage job listings to secure quality applicants for full or part-time care. We can help you prepare job descriptions and how to place advertisements for recruiting personal care attendants.

Help Screening Attendants

Once we've identified potential applicants, we'll help you to screen these applicants and interview them to find a good fit for your needs. We can help you to screen and then interview attendants by phone/in person.

Help Managing Attendants

If you've already hired a full-time attendant, we can work with both of you to manage your home and employees in ways that create a positive work environment and improve your ability to maintain the quality care you need.

As a Client of Easy Does It, you can get access to our two Case Managers. If you're a Berkeley Resident, contact our Case Managers for help. They will get started helping you to find either full or part-time care.

Our Case Managers are available to assist you Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
